Description

As requested by Chango, this is a shot of some of the children who were present at the drumming & dancing demonstration where I took the first of the recent photographs I've submitted here.
What caught my attention with this shot was the little boy on the right - I really got the impression that he'd far rather have been playing with his home-made soccer ball than watching the proceedings that day.

Camera used was a Canon EOS 20D, mounting an EF 55-200 II lens. Editing done in PS was a crop, & colour adjustment.

Madanapale also asked for more photos I took that day, & I'll submit them as soon as I get chance - the drive I saved the images to crashed, & I've not been able to attempt a recovery yet unfortunately.

Oh, I love this photo! It shows the boys' personality very well, and it's so clean and clear. I just miss a frame.

Thank you for all the comments, they really are appreciated :)

And also thank you to Jane for suggesting that I frame the image - I'd never taken the time to learn how in PhotoShop before, but her suggestion gave me the needed push. I was pleasantly surprised at just how easy it is to add at least a basic frame to an image, and also be the difference it can make. I've updated this image with a frame, & will be incorporating it into the images I submit from now on
