Description

I took this photo a few weeks ago, from alongside the freeway about 30 min outside of Durban.

The camera used was a Fuji S5000, & the only editing done is a crop.

Crits & comments are, as always, welcome

Hey Man!! Beautiful Sunset. It's perfect. It's a very good exposure. Has nice tones. And the shadows of the trees are like a frame..
Well Done!

Thanks for the comments everyone, they're appreciated.

BTW, nod423, it's funny you should mention the Lion King, as there's a lion park about another 20km along the road from where this was taken lol

:) very beautiful sunset.
:) very intense colors in the sun area
:) sharp shapes of the trees, bushes, grasses
:( a bit blurry in the upper sky area

gives a very hard tundra feeling! good capture!

Thanks for the crits, it really helps to get a little feedback as to where to improve my photography, & I'll definately bear your comments in mind :)

So far as the blurry sky goes, I'm inclined to think my camera may have contributed at least a little there, as I've noticed the Fuji comes up with a lot of noise & the sharpness drops as the light levels decrease. The center of the image is fine, as there's a nice bright sun there, but the rest of the image suffers a little.
